DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STRATEGY

As more and more organizations recognize the business imperative for diversity, they feel the need to be proactive and bring their organization beyond sensitivity. We have provided consulting services helping organizations review their people strategies and create a diversity and inclusion strategy consisting of:

  • Recruitment strategy to attract and retain talent from a wide variety of candidate pools; especially the new Canadians and Aboriginal people;

    • Revamping the performance management system to award cultural competence and hold managers and employees accountable for demonstrating diversity awareness;

  • Diversity awareness training for all employees along with  diversity leadership training for all managers;

  • Coaching and mentoring programs for top executives, expatriates, managers, new Canadians and Aboriginal employees.
